St Mary's Church is in the centre of Charlton Kings, a village on the eastern outskirts of Cheltenham. Leaving Cheltenham on the main A40 trunk road to London, turn right at the Sixways traffic lights, onto Copt Elm Road. Continue ahead at the mini-roundabout to the end of Copt Elm Road, where the church lychgate is in front of you.
There is a car park in Church Piece. From the end of Copt Elm Road, follow the one-way system round the church (turning left onto Church Street and right onto New Street), then turn left up Horsefair Street and left again almost immediately for the car park.
